People always associated Mala numbing’ (麻) and ‘spicy’(辣 )from the word Malatang which origin from Sichuan. Our unique Pot Pot Malatang is different from the China, as customer can drink our broth with fresh ingredients. We are targeting not only customers from China; our tasty broths are targeting at all Asians. During the times of Covid, the idea of each having their own individual pot of broth and ingredients Instead like hot pot shared by few persons using the same pot is definitely more hygienically for everyone to enjoy
Uniqueness of Pot Pot Malatang
There are few unique selling points of our brand Pot Pot Malatang.

  •     1、Our supreme soup stock is definitely a selling point to all. Our signature soup is Spicy Golden soup follow by Golden Tomato soup (non spicy), Golden Curry soup and Pickled Mustard Green with White Peppercorn Soup. All our soup bases are boiled 18 hours with pork bones and all natural ingredients without any MSG daily to ensure customers can savour our flavourful and aromatic soups
  •     2、There are few items on the menu such as Prawn Stuffed Fried Dough and Mince Prawn with Tofu Skin are hand made daily, which is rare to find in restaurants nowadays
  •     3、For freshness, we always provide fresh ingredients and condiments daily.
  •     4、As everyone taste buds are different from each other, Potpot Malatang works perfectly well with it. Customers can start with their choice of soup, follow up with almost 50 different types of fresh ingredients to add into the soup and lastly, they can choose any noodle to top up with. With the amount of ingredients, noodles and soup bases, it can vary more than 100 different combinations for customers hence Potpot Malatang definitely suit anyone and everyone
  •     5、We also offer side dishes such as cold appetisers, snacks and street food on sticks to share for everyone. Our signature side dishes are Caviar with Tofu Skin, Deep Fried Charcoal Chicken Popsters, Spicy Beef Skewer and Fried Oyster Mushroom. Our homemade plum juice is also one of our top sellers which is definitely a thirst quencher for everyone

Management Philosophy
Since we have opened, we have received a lot of good reviews and feedback based on our Potpot Malatang’s food quality and concept. We are very confident that with our exceptional management looking at every aspect of restaurant management such as good consistent food quality, excellent customer services and providing fresh ingredients etc, we have great potential to bring the brand ‘Potpot Malatang’ to another level in the food catering industry. We are also in the pipeline from our R&D team to create more broths in future such as Tom Yum and Kimchi Soup to broaden our customers’ base. Beside that, we are also creating our own brand of in-house Pot Pot Malatang pre-mixed sauce to go with our ingredients.

煲煲汤概念化 麻辣烫(Potpot Malatang)起源于四川,麻辣一词由“麻”、“辣”二字组成,是对麻辣烫口味最直接精准的诠释。吃火锅通常是多人共享一锅,但是在Potpot Malatang ,每人都有自己单独的锅,相对火锅更加卫生,在 Covid流行的特殊时期尤为如此。

我们给小店起名Potpot Malatang ,将本店顶级的汤底作为吸引顾客的卖点。我们的招牌汤底是麻辣金汤,不过鲜番茄汤(不辣)、咖喱金汤和酸菜胡椒金汤也都很值得一试。我们所有的汤底均采用猪骨和天然食材作为原料,经慢火熬煮 18 小时而成,不添加任何味精,以确保顾客可以品尝到汤底的原汁原味。

自选汤底&食材,定制专属麻辣烫锅 为了配合顾客们不同的口味偏好,Potpot Malatang 让顾客自主选择和定制麻辣烫,先选定汤底,再勾选食材。菜单上有近 50 种新鲜食材供顾客选择,品类十分丰富。喜欢吃碳水的朋友,还可以选择加入面条或粉丝。将汤底、食材、面食自由排列组合,花式搭配,确保每个来店里的人都能吃到最符合自己口味的麻辣烫。

欢乐共享小食 我们还提供丰富的凉菜、炸串等小吃,供大家分享。我们的招牌小食有油鱼游戏、竹炭小鲜肉和麻辣牛串。自制的酸梅汤也是本店最畅销的饮品之一,清爽又解渴。
